By accessing or participating in the Lake Nona Performance Club online community (the "Community"), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Purpose of the Community
The Community exists to support connection, communication, education, and engagement among LNPC athletes, families, staff, coaches, and affiliates.
Community Expectations
By participating, you agree to:
  • Engage respectfully and constructively
  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct
  • Refrain from posting harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Respect the privacy of others
We reserve the right to remove content or members that violate these expectations.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting in the Community, you grant LNPC and Upstream Solutions LLC permission to display, share, and use that content within the Community for operational and engagement purposes.
Moderation & Removal
The Community is actively moderated. LNPC and Upstream Solutions LLC reserve the right to:
  • Edit or remove content
  • Suspend or terminate access to the Community
  • Enforce guidelines at our discretion
No explanation is required for moderation decisions.

Assumption of Risk
Participation in the Community is voluntary. LNPC and Upstream Solutions LLC are not responsible for:

  • Interactions between members

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LNPC and Upstream Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Community.
